When we think of making sales, or getting the "Sign up" we most often think that our job is to change the mind or change the thoughts of our potential client.

But this is not the case.

The mindset and thoughts that must change first are your own.

How you think about sales.

How you share what your offer is.

How you provide value to your potential client.

And, your belief in the transformation you can and will create for another.

Our thoughts create feelings within us.

And, those feelings lead us to action, or inaction.

What feelings come up for you?

Look back over your calendar and activities for the last week, and month, and rate yourself on whether those actions and activities are the kind that will create what you want.

Here is something that changed my life...

Every morning, I do a 5 minute thought download.

Free flowing.

No editing.

No judgement.

I set a timer for 5 minutes and write down EVERY thing that comes into my mind.

Then, I look over it and see what thoughts I am MOST grateful for.

Because I don't just write about the rough spots.

Then, I look at which ones are creating the biggest sticking points in my life.

Personal relationships.

Business.

Health.

All of it.

Because it all matters and it all merges together.

I pick out the top 3-5 things that I am grateful for, and I hold a moment of deep Appreciation.

Then, I pick out the top 3-5 things that are messing with me, and I work through my Process with them, being aware of the thought; the feeling; and the action it creates in me.

I ask myself questions about it.

I write, journal, think and process more.

This works because it takes me OUT of my head.

Out of the drama.

Out of my need to be right.

And, out of my resistance to reality.

Question for you -
